There are 3 LED lights on the Dwelo hub that can be used to troubleshoot the power and data connection the hub is currently using.

The 1st LED light indicates if the hub is connected to the supplied 5.0V – 2.1A power cable.

The 2nd LED light defines the data connection that the hub is currently using (ethernet or wi-fi).

The 3rd LED light indicates if the hub is using the onboard cell chip as its data source.

It’s important to note that even though the LEDs can indicate that there is a connection to a modem/router, the modem itself may not be connected to the internet. This is true of other popular smart devices and those devices can be leveraged to test data connections. For example, a laptop that is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as a hub can be used to test the Wi-Fi network’s ability to send fresh webpage data to the laptop.
